This is an entry-level, hands-on role ideal for someone early in their career who wants real-world experience working closely with leadership, technical teams, and external partners. The role offers exposure to agriculture, ag-tech innovation, data-driven products, and mission-driven communications. Prior experience in agriculture is not required, but genuine interest is important.

Description

Marketing & Digital Support

You will assist with day-to-day marketing and communications activities across digital and social channels. This includes supporting posting, scheduling, and basic management of platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube. You will help maintain content calendars, organize digital assets, and support ongoing marketing initiatives.

Content & Communications

You will support the creation of social media posts, short articles, newsletters, and website content. Working with guidance from the team, you will help translate technical or complex topics into clear, engaging, and accessible content. You will also assist with announcements, event promotions, and partner communications.

Brand & Visibility

You will help ensure consistent messaging and tone across platforms and materials. The role includes supporting industry visibility efforts such as events, webinars, and thought-leadership activities, as well as collaborating with internal team members and external partners when needed.

Learning & Growth

You will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, communications strategy, and content development while learning about sustainable agriculture and ag-tech innovation. This role is designed to provide mentorship, practical skills, and meaningful responsibility on real projects.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone early in their career with strong written communication skills and attention to detail. Internships, coursework, or academic projects count as experience. You should be comfortable using social media and basic digital tools, organized, dependable, and eager to learn.

An interest in agriculture, sustainability, ag-tech, food systems, or environmental topics is highly valued. You should be able to work independently while collaborating with a small, fast-moving team, and bring a positive, proactive attitude to your work.
