We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment and is eager to master all facets of marketing through hands-on work. This role spans social media, content, campaign coordination, analytics, and CRM operations — giving you broad exposure to how marketing drives growth in an AgTech startup.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management & Engagement

  • Plan and schedule engaging content across Ranchbot’s social platforms.

  • Actively engage with customers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community conversations.

  • Manage event-related posts on social media before, during, and after events to maximize visibility and engagement.

Content Development

  • Write and edit content for blogs, newsletters, website updates, and marketing collateral.

  • Ensure brand voice and messaging remain consistent across all channels.

Campaign Operations & Coordination 

  • Coordinate cross-channel campaign timelines (email, web, events, social, paid), including briefs, asset tracking, quality assurance, and post-campaign wrap-ups.

  • Own campaign calendars and ensure timely delivery of assets across marketing and sales touchpoints.

  • Build and maintain campaign project documentation, including status updates, timelines, and stakeholder communications.

Analytics, Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track campaign performance using tools such as GA, social analytics platforms, email marketing software, and other tools.

  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to the marketing and sales team on engagement, reach, lead quality, and conversion metrics.

  • Support A/B tests and experiments to continuously improve engagement, click-through rates, and lead gen effectiveness.

CRM & Sales Alignment

  • Assist with CRM and marketing database management, including contact updates, list segmentation, and campaign tagging.

  • Coordinate with Marketing lead and sales team on lead follow-up, feedback loops, and marketing-qualified lead handoffs following established customer journey processes.

  • Maintain clean data hygiene practices to ensure accurate reporting and effective lead nurturing.

Public Relations & Communications

  • Coordinate with Ranchbot’s PR team to support media opportunities, press releases, and speaking engagements.

  • Maintain a rolling communications calendar to align PR, digital, event, and social media activities.

Team Collaboration & Project Management

  • Support with daily marketing activities, agency coordination, and project execution.

  • Own the marketing calendar and coordinate tasks across internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure on-time delivery of campaigns and content; Support the internal events function.

  • Contribute ideas and feedback to improve Ranchbot’s marketing strategy continuously.

  • Use project management tool Monday.com to track tasks, deadlines, and cross-functional dependencies.


Desirable Experience and Skills

Core Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing, communications, or social media experience, preferably in a growth-focused organization.

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple platforms.

  • Experience managing social media channels and direct customer engagement.

  • Familiarity with event promotion and live event posting on social platforms.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong attention to detail, both written and numerical.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing, entrepreneurial environment.

Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have):

  • Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.

  • Fundamental understanding of email campaign platforms.

  • Experience with basic project management tools (we currently use Monday.com) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools is a plus.
