Texas 4-H Roundup Summer Intern

Are you ready to participate in the largest 4-H event in Texas and gain hands-on experience in event planning, logistics, and marketing? The Texas 4-H Program is offering paid summer internships for motivated students who want to develop their skills while working behind the scenes of the Texas 4-H Roundup, which will take place June 2-5, 2025, in College Station, TX!

 

This internship is perfect for Extension, communications, marketing, promotions, and event management students. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, gain invaluable leadership experience, and contribute to one of the biggest youth development events in the state!

 


What You’ll Do

  • Trade Show Coordination – Help organize and manage vendor logistics

  • Contest Support – Assist contest superintendents to ensure competitions run smoothly

  • Hospitality & Activities – Play a key role in planning and executing special events

  • Registration Assistance – Help manage check-ins and event logistics

  • Photography/Videography (Specialized Role) – Capture the action and excitement of the event

  • Students who thrive in fast-paced environments
