AgCulture Marketing is a rapidly growing digital marketing firm focused on serving small to

medium-sized businesses' marketing and communication efforts in the agricultural industry. We are a next-generation ag-specific provider of Brand Development, Content Creation, Graphic Design, Video Editing, Social Media, Media Relations, and overarching Marketing Strategies. This internship is ideal for a student who wants real client experience, strong mentorship, and a portfolio of published work across multiple platforms in the ag industry. Our internship is designed to provide a hands-on experience across social media strategy, content creation, community management, and client communication, plus exposure to broader digital marketing projects.


What You'll Be Doing:

This internship is designed to give college students a high-level overview of all facets of the

business.


ACM’s social media intern will focus on supporting client social accounts. You will work on a wide variety of projects, including, but not limited to:


Content & Publishing

  • Create and maintain monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube

  • Write and edit social copy, blogs, and email promos

  • Schedule, proofread, and publish content across all channels through a management

    platform such as Sprout and Hootsuite


Community Management

  • Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, reviews, tags, etc.

  • Support customer outreach and coordinate inquiries internally


Creative Support

  • Create social graphics in Canva (and/or Adobe tools)

  • Assist with short-form video editing


Project Support

  • Manage tasks, deadlines, and internal communication

  • Support other projects as assigned


Requirements

  • Comfortable working independently and communicating proactively in a remote team

  • Experience using major social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram,

    Facebook, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok)

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a vigilant attention to detail

  • Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills

  • Experience with Canva, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro (or equivalent), or willingness to

    learn these applications during internship

  • A desire to learn or expand your skills in social media, marketing, or advertising

  • Must have reliable Wi-Fi, a quiet workspace, and your own laptop + smartphone

  • Familiarity with using a social media management tool (similar to Hootsuite or Sprout) is strongly encouraged


Time commitment: 5-10 hours/week (flexible)

Location: Remote
