Communications & Marketing Internship: The OCA Communications & Marketing Intern will assist with a variety of tasks to support the organization’s marketing efforts. This includes helping with the Cowman, which may involve creating or editing promotional content. The intern will also design engaging social media posts to promote events and opportunities, as well as support the creation of promotional materials for upcoming events and other topics. Additionally, the role will include assisting with website management, ensuring that content is updated regularly and the site remains user-friendly. This position provides hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and event promotion. This internship will take place in office from June 1, 2026 - August 16, 2026.

Member Services Internship: The OCA Member Services Intern will support the operation of the organization by assisting with various membership-related tasks. This includes helping manage member registrations, renewals, and inquiries, as well as maintaining communication through email updates. The intern will also assist with organizing and coordinating current events, ensuring their successful execution, and providing administrative support to ensure the OCA runs efficiently. This role offers hands-on experience in membership services, event management, and general operations, contributing to the overall success of the organization. This internship will take place in office from June 1, 2026 - August 16, 2026.

Event Internships (2 Available): OCA Event Interns will serve during both OCA Convention Week (July 22–26) and OCA Ranch Rodeo Week (August 13–16). They will assist with event setup, coordination, and teardown for meetings, trade shows, and activities. Interns will support staff, vendors, and sponsors to ensure smooth event operations. They will help manage registration, check-in, and attendee communications. Interns may also assist with social media coverage, event photography, sponsor recognition, and event promotions. This internship offers hands-on experience in event management, logistics, and industry networking within the beef cattle community.
