Double D Ranch, the premier clothing and lifestyle brand of the West, is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This role is instrumental in executing social strategy, elevating our digital presence, and fostering a strong, engaged community around the Double D Ranch brand.


The ideal candidate is creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of social platforms and storytelling. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and bring both structure and fresh ideas to the table.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute social media strategies and campaigns developed by the marketing team

  • Build and strengthen the Double D Ranch brand across all social platforms

  • Develop, maintain, and manage editorial calendars to ensure consistent, timely content

  • Generate original content ideas that align with and expand the brand’s voice and narrative

  • Collaborate with internal creative teams to concept, brief, and produce content

  • Curate and manage user-generated content that reflects the DDR community

  • Partner with influencers and creators who align with brand values and aesthetic

  • Support community management, including engagement and customer care best practices

  • Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across channels

  • Maintain and uphold brand standards across all social outputs

  • Track performance and provide reporting, using insights to inform future strategy

  • Support brand involvement in events and community initiatives

  • Collaborate on and support social and digital marketing efforts for select external brand partners, ensuring alignment with overarching strategy and brand standards

  • Adapt to evolving priorities and contribute to broader marketing initiatives as needed


What You Bring

  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current best practices

  • A sharp eye for visual storytelling, content curation, and brand consistency

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience building and managing content calendars and executing campaigns

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams and provide constructive feedback

  • Experience with social listening, analytics, and project management tools

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace; familiarity with Shopify is a plus

  • A forward-thinking mindset with awareness of emerging trends and cultural moments

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
