Purpose
The Creative Marketing Administrator develops and executes innovative marketing strategies that strengthen brand identity, drive engagement, and increase revenue. This role blends strategic thinking with creative execution, ensuring campaigns are imaginative, cohesive, and results driven.
Job Accountabilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
Create compelling brand messaging and storytelling concepts
Design and produce content across social media, web, email, and advertising
Collaborate with design, content, product, and sales teams
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Support marketing budgets, timelines, and project coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or creative strategy
Must be willing to live/relocate within a commutable distance of BioZyme headquarters located in St. Joseph, MissouriÂ
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
Proficiency with marketing and creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, analytics platforms, social media tools)
Experience with digital advertising and content marketing
Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
