Social Media Specialist
Job Summary:
The Social Media Specialist manages the National FFA Organization’s social media platforms. In collaboration with the marketing team, they execute the day-to-day social media strategy and implement tactics, including crafting engaging social media content, writing, photography, and video; managing the social media content calendar, responding to and engaging with followers; tracking performance of various social media initiatives to improve business results; and maintaining the organization’s social image through social listening.
Essential Functions:
Develop and maintain the social media calendar and reporting dashboards for all FFA social media channels.
Collaborate with the department leaders to create a social media strategy.
Create and share engaging content based on the social media strategy.
Use social listening tools to identify influencers as well as issues the organization may need to address.
Engage with followers and respond to inquiries.
Follow brand guidelines in the design of social media content.
Seek out and recommend social media opportunities, features, or promotions.
Remain current with relevant technologies and trends in social media.
Act as the social media thought leader for internal teams and FFA stakeholders.

Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media management, including creating, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns
A working knowledge of design and video editing software
Excellent written/verbal communication skills

Ability to work under pressure
Jr. Graphic Designer
Job Summary:
This position will be responsible for designing and creating marketing materials for varies FFA platforms, including by not limited to social media, email, and varies clients, writers and managers.
Requirements
Essential Functions:
Provide visual storytelling expertise while using FFA brand elements (i.e., colors, fonts, etc.).
Use Adobe Creative Suite software (primarily InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) to create materials that clearly convey a message to a specific audience.
Use Wrike, our project management software, to present design proposals, receive feedback and submit print-ready files to the project manager for final production.
Select appropriate images from the official FFA image database (PhotoShelter).
Update and modify the previous year’s communication materials.
Create design templates for our members (i.e., social media, etc.).
Assist with tasks that help create a smooth and efficient workflow, including archiving and cataloging our resources.
Work independently as well as cooperatively with constituents to meet deadlines.
Provide the highest level of customer service to internal clients who are also serving our members.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Two years of professional design experience.
Solid understanding of fundamental design principles (i.e., layout/composition, focal point, typography, color, etc.).
Lifelong learner who is team-oriented and has time-management and problem-solving skills that are appropriate to the assigned task.
Courteous, honest, and fair with others and with FFA resources (i.e., work time, money, equipment, etc.).
Ability to follow instructions and prioritize workload in a fast-paced work environment.
Can communicate in an appropriate, purposeful and positive manner.
Digital Content Specialist
Job Summary:
Primary responsibilities include creating digital experiences, managing WordPress websites and email campaigns through ActiveCampaign. Additionally would need to be able to create content, graphic design, manage website & email analytics and create reporting for campaigns and marketing strategies.

WEBSITE MANAGEMENT (WORDPRESS):
Maintain, update, and optimize the company’s WordPress website to ensure a seamless user experience.
Design and implement responsive layouts with a keen eye for visual appeal and usability.
Collaborate with team members to create landing pages, update content, and troubleshoot issues.
EMAIL MARKETING (ACTIVECAMPAIGN):
Design, develop, and execute email campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated workflows.

Required Technical Skills:
Proficient in WordPress, including managing plugins, themes, and customizations.
Experience with ActiveCampaign or similar email marketing platforms.
Strong graphic design skills with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Excellent writing and storytelling abilities, with attention to detail and tone.
Strong understanding of content layout concepts, responsive design, and usability best practices.
Expertise in Google Analytics, including set-up, tracking, and reporting.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; able to influence stakeholders and drive consensus.

Education & Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field or 3+ years of experience in digital content management, website administration, or email marketing.
