Eastern Oklahoma State College is a comprehensive community college providing instruction in a wide range of curricula. 

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Graphic Design, Journalism & Broadcasting, Mass Communication or experience in related field required; bachelor's degree preferred.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.

• Experience in video production and website management preferred.

• Strong written communication skills required, including experience writing news releases using AP style and producing content for other marketing materials.

• Photography experience a plus.

• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and in a team environment.

• Ability to deal with a variety of tasks simultaneously and prioritize project deadlines.

• Must be organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and create videos supporting college recruiting efforts and promoting college successes.

• Write news articles and content for advertising, marketing materials, and website.

• Conceptualize and design projects for internal and external audiences in a variety of media, including printed marketing materials, website, and social media.

• Serve as photographer for campus events and marketing materials as needed.

• Create original content for the college’s social media accounts.

• Assist with operation of full-service print shop, including operating digital printers and finishing equipment, such as cutters, creasers, folders, stitchers, bindery equipment, etc.

• Other duties as assigned.

Salary: Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
