Description
Equine & Ranch Rewards is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, motivated professional who wants to do more than simply fill a position.
We serve the horse and cattle industries throughout the United States and Canada, connecting customers, manufacturers, industry organizations, and local equipment dealers.
We're seeking someone with 5+ years of proven business success who brings initiative, sound judgment, creativity, and the drive to make things happen.
Your Opportunity
You'll play an important role in helping our company grow by:
Guiding and coordinating marketing efforts — helping identify needs, develop campaigns, and turn good ideas into action.
Promoting our programs — introducing Equine & Ranch Rewards to dealers, industry organizations, prospective partners, and customers.
Supporting sales and dealer relationships — visiting dealerships, helping develop opportunities, and following through.
Bringing marketing ideas to life — coordinating outside designers and handling lighter creative projects using Canva, social media, and AI tools.
Representing our company — participating in horse and cattle industry events, trade shows, dealer visits, and promotional activities. Some travel is expected.
Pitching in wherever needed — helping customers, answering phones when busy, supporting coworkers, and keeping things moving.
The Person We Want
You're experienced, organized, personable, and dependable.
You communicate well, pay attention to details, and take pride in your work. You're comfortable meeting new people, managing multiple priorities, and following projects through to completion.
You're proficient with everyday business technology and eager to use modern tools to work smarter.
Experience in marketing, sales support, customer service, or business operations is valuable. Familiarity with horses, cattle, agriculture, or rural markets is a bonus.
Most importantly, you bring a can-do attitude, a strong work ethic, and the desire to contribute to a winning team.
