About Us

We are a dynamic, growth-focused cattle business with three core divisions:

  • Seedstock & Bull Sales – Marketing and selling 750+ performance bulls annually to commercial cattlemen.

  • Elite Genetics – Selling high-value purebred females and bulls nationwide.

  • Feedyard Operations – Purchasing and finishing 50,000 head annually in our own feedyard.

The Role

We’re seeking an energetic, self-starting, and livestock-passionate Marketing & Communications Coordinator to own and execute our marketing efforts. This role will work directly with ownership daily, blending creative execution with strategic input.


You’ll bring fresh ideas, embrace new tools (including AI), and help tell the story of our program to ranchers and cattlemen across the country.


Key Responsibilities

  • Website Management: Maintain and upgrade our website to ensure it’s modern, accurate, and drives action.

  • Content Creation: Use Canva, ChatGPT, and your creative eye to develop marketing campaigns and compelling stories.

  • Social Media Execution: Build and manage content calendars, post regularly, and grow engagement across platforms.

  • Email & Campaign Marketing: Create targeted campaigns to drive lead generation and customer engagement.

  • Photography & Videography: Capture and edit basic media content to enhance digital marketing efforts.

  • Customer Experience: Assist with gifting, relationship maintenance, and special projects that strengthen our brand.

  • Travel: Occasionally visit ranches and events to capture content and build connections.


Who You Are

  • Passionate about livestock and agriculture.

  • A go-getter who takes initiative, learns quickly, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.

  • Skilled in Canva, ChatGPT, basic photo/video editing, and familiar with website platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, Wix).

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and communicating directly with leadership.

  • Excited to grow in a role that blends creativity, marketing strategy, and cattle industry involvement.
