Job Overview

WeadCo Insurance is seeking a Marketing & Brand Manager to own and execute all marketing efforts across the agency. This role is responsible for bringing the WeadCo brand to life consistently across digital, print, merchandise, events, and client touchpoints—while building marketing systems and campaigns that support long-term growth, client retention, and scalability.


This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a design-forward marketer who thrives in ownership and autonomy. The Marketing & Brand Manager will be trusted to run with WeadCo’s vision, protect brand integrity, and turn strategy into consistent action. This position plays a critical role in shaping how WeadCo is seen, experienced, and remembered by both current and future clients.


This is a new role within the agency with significant growth opportunity. The right candidate is excited to invest in building something meaningful, values brand consistency, and understands how strong marketing systems support both sales and long-term relationships.


This position is full-time preferred, but WeadCo Insurance is open to a part-time arrangement for the right candidate with strong experience and the ability to operate independently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing and graphic design, with a strong understanding of branding and visual identity

  • Ability to create polished, on-brand marketing materials across digital, print, and physical products

  • Experience managing marketing campaigns and executing strategies across multiple channels

  • Strong design skills with a clear eye for brand consistency (portfolio required)

  • Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms

  • Comfortable building and managing marketing systems, workflows, and basic automations

  • Ability to operate independently, prioritize work, and follow through without constant direction

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Experience marketing a lifestyle, community-based, or service-driven brand preferred

  • Agricultural or rural background is a strong plus

  • Willingness to learn the insurance industry (insurance experience not required)

  • Desire to grow with the company and invest long-term in WeadCo Insurance


Responsibilities

  • Portfolio demonstrating marketing and design work is required

  • Own and execute WeadCo’s marketing and brand strategy across all channels, including digital, print, events, merchandise, and client touchpoints

  • Protect and maintain brand consistency across all client-facing materials and platforms

  • Create, design, and schedule social media content, including graphics, captions, and campaigns

  • Manage and maintain a marketing calendar aligned with agency goals and seasonal initiatives

  • Build, launch, and manage marketing campaigns that support new sales, client retention, referrals, and cross-selling

  • Develop and manage marketing systems and automations to nurture current clients and support long-term relationships

  • Manage WeadCo’s website updates, marketing pages, and blog publishing with basic SEO best practices

  • Own all WeadCo-branded products and merchandise, including ordering, inventory, and coordination with vendors

  • Manage print marketing materials such as signage, mailers, business cards, event materials, and giveaways

  • Coordinate marketing support for events, sponsorships, and community involvement, including deliverables and timelines

  • Collect, organize, and repurpose testimonials, reviews, and client stories

  • Track marketing initiatives and ensure consistent execution across platforms

  • Follow existing SOPs and actively improve and document marketing processes

  • Collaborate with leadership, agents, vendors, and partners as needed to support growth initiatives
