Job Details

Position: Freelance Graphic Designer

Location: Remote

Compensation: Paid per project (rate determined based on experience and scope of work)

Start Date: Immediately

Responsibilities

  • Design layouts and graphics for Rodeo Life Magazine, including print and digital editions.

  • Create eye-catching visuals for articles, covers, and special features that reflect Western culture and Christian values.

  • Develop promotional materials for social media and other marketing channels.

  • Collaborate with the editorial and marketing teams to ensure designs align with the magazine's brand, vision, and faith-based mission.

  • Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work.


Qualifications

  • Degree or coursework in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

  • Strong understanding of typography, layout design, and color theory.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to take constructive feedback.

  • A deep appreciation for Western culture, rodeo, and ranching, with a commitment to faith-based morals.

  • Previous experience designing for print or digital publications is preferred but not required.

  • A willingness to contribute to a publication that integrates Christian values and insights into its storytelling and visual presentation.
