Westmoor Manufacturing, makers of Panhandle Western Wear and Rock and Roll Denim in Fort Worth, Texas, is looking for an Events Coordinator for events across the United States. This role supports the Events Manager in organizing and overseeing a variety of events nationwide, including pop-up stores, rodeos, stock shows, music festivals, and trade show displays. The Events Coordinator helps plan and execute all event details, from staffing and setup to teardown and on-site retail management, always with a focus on budget and time. We need a highly organized, detail-oriented team player with excellent communication skills, fresh ideas, and strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute events from conception to completion, including loading, setup, and teardown, while providing feedback for continuous improvement.

• Manage on-site event operations, ensuring the sales floor is organized, products are prepared and placed, and customer service standards are met.

• Support the Events Manager in hiring, managing, and leading promotional activities for event personnel.

• Assist in troubleshooting issues during events and contribute to analyzing event success, preparing relevant reports.

• Maintain organization of booth equipment at the warehouse and uphold a positive image for Westmoor Manufacturing within the community.

• Extensive and frequent travel required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Fashion Merchandising, or related field preferred.

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in retail and merchandising.

• Skilled in project management, with excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including Excel, with knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management.

• Must possess a valid, unexpired Texas driver's license, be willing to undertake manual labor, and be available for 75% travel.

A criminal background check will be administered and will include drug screening, credit history, and MVR.
