Enterprise Marketing & Support Specialist
Reports to: Agronomy Marketing Manager
Status: Exempt
Purpose and Summary Statement:
The Enterprise Marketing and Support Specialist is responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing customer and employee relationships, overseeing social media activities, conducting analysis, and providing top-tier support for enterprise customers, combining marketing expertise and customer service skills to boost brand awareness, drive engagement, and ensure customer satisfaction.
This role works closely with sales, product, and technical support teams to meet business objectives while developing, maintaining, and supporting various marketing, communication, and event planning functions necessary to ensure timely information flow, facilitate management decision-making, and enhance customer satisfaction and team efficiency.
Essential Job Functions:
Plan, develop, and execute enterprise marketing strategies, campaigns, and events to increase market share and product visibility.
Collaborate with the enterprise departments to produce content (e.g., blog posts, case studies, white papers) that targets enterprise clients.
Collaborate with enterprise departments to identify growth opportunities through market analysis and research to assess customer needs, trends, and potential for expansion.
Identify, generate, validate, and distribute management and sales reports (such as ASP, PBA, lost customers, PYS vs. bookings, etc.) to improve organizational understanding and decision-making.
Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights.
Manages and inputs customer profiles and competitive analysis data.
Oversees the contact management program.
Collaborate with Growmark staff to leverage cross-selling tools for business opportunities.
Act as a backup for reporting requirements with Growmark and vendors.
Coordinate marketing communications to patrons and employees through newsletters, email, and social media platforms while managing advertising, promotional programs, social media channels, email campaigns, and web presence to ensure consistent messaging across all enterprise audiences.
Assist in creating sales enablement materials, including brochures, presentations, and proposals tailored to enterprise clients.
Collaborates closely with Talent Acquisition and Branding Specialists to promote Prairieland FS, Inc. in employee recruitment efforts.
Engages in local school career fairs and recruitment events as needed.
Manages certification records for enterprise employees.
Maintain a master calendar tracking all training sessions, customer events, affiliate events, fairs, and other key dates.

Requirements:
Educations and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Three (3) years of experience in marketing and/or customer support roles.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), content marketing, and social media.

Other Requirements:
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
Ability to work hours other than those considered normal at various times throughout the year to meet deadlines and demands.
The role requires occasional travel to enterprise locations, events, and training, with the ability to travel independently and stay overnight.
