ATW Truck Equipment, home to the top truck bed brands in North America, is looking for a creative and driven Administrative Assistant to join our marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain real-world, hands-on experience telling the stories behind industry leading products.

As part of the ATW family, you’ll work with the largest manufacturer of truck beds, service bodies, and utility bodies in North America. Our products are sold throughout the U.S., Canada, and Mexico and support key industries such as agriculture, construction, excavation, oil & gas, HVAC, and contracting.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Capture and edit photo/video content to support marketing campaigns

• Design print and digital content using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, etc.)

• Develop and manage marketing collateral and branded materials

• Support trade shows and regional events

  • Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly

• Assist in managing email campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• Collaborate with external partners on website development and maintenance

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Agricultural Communications, or a related field

• Passion for visual storytelling through photography and video

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

• Detail-oriented with a proactive, can-do mindset

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Eagerness to grow across multiple marketing channels

Location & Travel

This role is based at our corporate office in Addison, TX, with a flexible hybrid schedule. Monthly travel (3–5 days) to our Madill and Kingston, OK manufacturing facilities is required. Peak travel would be August, March, and October for trade shows in 5-7 day travel windows. Other opportunities for travel include Dakota Bodies (South Dakota, Missouri), CM Truck Beds (Oklahoma), and other marketing activations with RAM, Yellowstone, National Finals Rodeo, and other major business partners.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Position: $50,000–$60,000 (Plus Overtime)
