Your Tasks and Responsibilities
As Bayer Crop Science's Digital Farming arm, we deliver sustainable digital solutions using the latest agronomic science, data science, engineering, and real-world farming experience. With groundbreaking technologies like Climate FieldViewâ„¢ and our ForGround regenerative agriculture platform, our team is a part of some of the most important advancements in agriculture. Â
The Digital Marketing intern will contribute to the FieldViewâ„¢ engagement marketing team success by working with a cross-functional team and actively participate in day-to-day functions. The Marketing Intern is responsible for testing and exploring new channels to drive user engagement within our apps and web platform. This includes optimizing current channels to be more effective, developing test and learn framework, and best practices for lifecycle marketing. During the internship, the intern will own and drive a challenging and relevant project to solve real-time business challenges. The Engagement Marketing team focuses on both the customer and product lifecycle. The team works closely to deliver the most relevant messages to the right customers, at the right time.Â

Required qualifications Â
Enrolled in a degreed program in a marketing related field during the duration of the internship program Â
Familiarity with digital marketing channels and capabilitiesÂ
Passion for the digital marketing industry and understanding of different marketing techniquesÂ
Ability to develop a project from concept to realization while taking input from key collaboratorsÂ
Preferred qualificationsÂ
Familiarity with analytics tools, marketing automation tools, paid media serving tools, and email marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Heap.io, Braze, Marketo)Â
Have exceptional organization and communication skills – attention to detail is keyÂ
Understanding of customer lifecycle marketingÂ
Ability to quickly learn and process informationÂ
Creative and a strategic mindset with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovative customer adoption, retention, expansion strategiesÂ
Ability to work independently and be a self-starterÂ
