Internship Description
Work as a member of the 4-H communications team providing communications and marketing support for the Oklahoma 4-H Youth Development Program.
The internship will provide a broad range of experience including design, social media, writing, videography and photography.
Assist with the development of digital and printed promotional materials for 4-H. Develop engaging content for 4-H social media accounts. Write editorial content to be published on OSU’s news site and distributed to media. Provide video and photography support for 4-H events when needed. Maintain and update website content.
The paid internship is 20 hours per week (max.).
Requirements
Intern applicants must be students at Oklahoma State University, with preference given to students pursuing a major or option in agricultural communications. Applicants will need to have taken at least introductory design courses.
Intern experience and knowledge requirements include:
· Experience with Adobe Creative Suite required
· Experience with Word, Excel and Outlook required
· Writing experience required
· Experience in social media and web preferred
· Video experience preferred
· Photography experience preferred
