  • Serve as a trusted partner to clients and internal teams, delivering clear communication and proactive recommendations.

  • Contribute to strategic planning, including research, ideation, and identifying new opportunities to drive engagement.

  • Maintain strong relationships with traditional and non-traditional media, industry influencers, and stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 7 years in journalism, PR, communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience managing media relations, content development, and reporting.

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills—you can juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat.

  • You love earned media, have gumption, and love collaboration.

  • A collaborative mindset and the confidence to guide projects forward.

  • Background in agriculture—especially row crops—with additional knowledge of animal agriculture or the food industry considered a plus.

  • A passion for learning, curiosity about your clients’ businesses, and a drive to grow your skills.
