KRose Company is hiring a creative and driven Video Production Specialist to join our purpose-led, fast-moving team in Kalispell, Montana. Whether you’re early in your career or ready to take your production skills to the next level, we’re looking for someone who loves visual storytelling and wants to make an impact in the agriculture and rural business space.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Capture high-quality photo and video content for KRose Company, Cattleman U, and additional internal brands (The Rancher’s Daughter, Rose Cattle Company, and Bohannan Cattle) for use across websites, social media, marketing, and more.

  • Work alongside our team to produce weekly video podcast episodes from planning to publishing.

  • Build and organize a catalog of branded b-roll footage and photo assets.

  • Travel to on-site events, ranches, and shoots as needed to gather content that resonates.

  • Support creative special projects that tell compelling stories for our brand and clients.

  • Turn photo and video content into usable social media assets when needed (Reels, posts, carousels, short-form edits).

  • Bring ideas to the table and collaborate with our media and marketing teams to continually uplevel our content strategy.


We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has excellent communication skills—both written and interpersonal.

  • Is a confident interviewer and a strong storyteller behind the camera.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Has both videography and photography experience—you know how to light a scene and frame a powerful still.

  • Is proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (experience with Audition and Photoshop is a plus).

  • Works independently, stays organized, and is always looking for ways to improve the final product.

  • Is reliable, positive, and excited to learn and grow in a creative team environment.


Bonus Points If You:

  • Have a background in ag or are passionate about the rural lifestyle and western industry.

  • Can transform captured content into branded, on-message social media posts across multiple platforms.

  • Have experience growing social media channels using organic video/photo content.

  • Hold a degree (or equivalent experience) in agricultural communications, journalism, media production, or related fields.

  • Have experience working in a real media environment—through internships, freelance, or prior roles.
