Job Summary:

We are seeking a full-time video editor to join our Agriculture focused video team. We are searching for someone with a large amount of experience as well as ability to teach and train the rest of our team on editing best practices. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Editing: Edit raw footage into engaging and professional-quality videos for platforms such as YouTube, social media, and client presentations.

  • Creative Storytelling: Collaborate with the production team to transform footage into clear, visually appealing narratives that resonate with our audience.

  • Post-Production: Manage color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and other post-production tasks to enhance video quality.

  • Content Optimization: Tailor videos for specific platforms and formats, ensuring adherence to platform guidelines and trends (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).

  • Collaboration: Work closely with videographers, creative directors, and clients to ensure alignment with project goals and vision.

  • Media Organization: Maintain a well-organized library of assets, footage, and project files.

  • Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from clients and team members to finalize edits efficiently.

  • Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas and innovation to projects.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing editing skills and creativity.

  • 4-7 years of experience.

  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Da Vinci Resolve and Adobe After Effects.

  • Experience with motion graphics and animations using tools like Adobe After Effects is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.

  • Knowledge of color grading, audio editing, and sound design.

  • Familiarity with agriculture or rural content is a bonus but not required.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills


Pay:

  • 45-50k a year (based on experience)

  • Health Insurance 

  • 401k
