The Arabian Horse Association (AHA) is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Creative Media Services Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.Â
General Responsibilities:
The Creative Media Services Specialist is a key member of the Marketing & Media team, supporting all aspects of media, marketing, and National Events. This role contributes to the department’s overall objectives by managing a variety of creative projects and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables. The position requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to pivot between multiple projects while meeting concurrent deadlines.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and execute creative concepts for print, digital, and social media campaigns.
Design marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, event signage, and digital assets.
Capture and edit high-quality photographs for use in marketing and promotional materials.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Assist with creative support for National Events, including on-site photography and design needs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Support video production and editing for marketing initiatives.
Maintain and organize digital asset libraries.
Provide input on creative strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Assist with other marketing and media tasks as assigned.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
One to three years of experience in a creative or marketing environment.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom).
Strong photography skills, including camera operation, lighting, composition, and photo editing.
Solid understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, and layout.
Knowledge of branding and marketing strategies to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with tools such as Canva, Constant Contact, Meta Business Suite, Hubspot, and major social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external audiences.
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Strong customer service skills, including the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.

Software Expertise:Â Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for photo editing and design integration.
Photography Skills:Â Ability to capture and edit high-quality images using professional techniques.
Design Fundamentals:Â Strong grasp of color theory, typography, and layout for effective visual communication.
Branding & Marketing Knowledge:Â Understanding of how visuals support brand identity and marketing objectives.
Requirements:
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Authorization to travel internationally.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Can walk, stand, and sit for long periods.
Able to work on a computer for long periods.
Able and willing to travel up to 25% of the time, including some weekends.
Travel is required for all National Shows.
Able to work weekends and overtime when necessary.
