Caldwell Night Rodeo – Summer Internship (June–August 2025)

Location: Caldwell, Idaho

Pay: $15/hour

Hours: 20 hours/week (up to 40 hours/week in July & August if available)

Overview:

Join the team behind one of the Top 20 Professional Rodeos in the Nation! Caldwell Night Rodeo (CNR) is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Summer Intern to support our operations during the 2025 rodeo season. This internship offers a unique behind-the-scenes experience and a chance to learn what it takes to produce a nationally recognized event with deep roots in the Western tradition.

Internship Dates:

 June 3 – August 23, 2025

 (Some flexibility with start/end dates for the right candidate)

What You’ll Gain:

 This is a hands-on opportunity to explore multiple aspects of event management, including:

• Rodeo Operations – Assist with on-site prep, logistics, and setup

• Sponsorship Management & Fulfillment – Learn how sponsor relationships are developed and maintained

• Merchandise & Retail – Support sales and inventory of official CNR merchandise

• Ticketing & Customer Service – Help manage ticket sales and fan engagement

• Marketing & Social Media – Assist with campaign planning, content creation, and digital engagement strategies

• General Administration – Support day-to-day office functions and special projects

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older

• Available to work some evenings and weekends in July & August

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Willingness to learn and jump in wherever needed

• Positive attitude and team player mentality

• Interest in event planning, marketing, Western heritage, or nonprofit work a plus
