Student Writer - Livestock Publications Council

The Livestock Publications Council (LPC) Education Committee is recruiting two

students to write monthly LPC Coffee & Collaboration stories and to serve on the LPC

Education Committee, that plans and hosts the monthly LPC Coffee & Collaboration

zoom webinars.

Time Period:

Jan. 1, 2025, through Dec. 31, 2025

Compensation:

Compensation will be a free 2025 LPC student membership

Responsibilities:

Each student will be responsible for writing a minimum of five summaries during the

year. Once the students are selected, monthly assignments will be scheduled. The

student writer will be encouraged to participate in the webinar. They will also be able to

access a recording of the presentation following the event.

The 250-word articles will summarize that month’s LPC Coffee & Collaboration. The

purpose is to encourage readers to watch the recording of the webinar and include key

points/highlights of the presentation.

The article will be due within 72 hours of the webinar.
