Sponsorship & Incentive Coordinator - National Reined Cow Horse Association (NRCHA)

The National Reined Cow Horse Association (NRCHA) is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sponsorship & Incentive Coordinator to join our team. Working with the Director of Incentive & Sponsorships, this role is integral to ensuring corporate partner, breeder sponsor and Cow Horse Incentive program participant satisfaction and the seamless execution of deliverables and program benefits.


Key Responsibilities:


Sponsorships

  • Manage sponsorship deliverables, including contract fulfillment, event signage, event VIP tickets, award presentations, and sponsor communications.

  • Coordinate onsite sponsor assets and activations during events, ensuring all commitments are met.

  • Oversee sponsor-related communications, providing excellent service and maintaining strong relationships.

  • Assist with the execution of award presentations and other sponsor-focused activities at events.

  • Maintain accurate records of sponsorship agreements and fulfillment using CRM software.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sponsor materials and branding are incorporated into marketing and event materials.

  • Provide administrative support, including tracking sponsor contracts and generating reports.


Cow Horse Incentive

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to facilitate promotions for subscribed stallions.

  • Communicate with stallion owners and stallion stations to collect and organize marketing assets.

  • Manage the program’s CRM system, ensuring participant information is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Generate detailed reports to track program participation, performance, and other key metrics.

  • Monitor and update records related to stallion subscriptions and offspring nominations.

  • Maintain regular communication with program participants to provide updates and gather feedback.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • CRM experience in HubSpot or similar platform is strongly preferred.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Experience in sponsorship coordination, event planning, or customer service is a plus.

  • Familiarity with the Western performance horse industry is desirable.

  • Ability to travel as needed for NRCHA events and activities.
