Social Media Strategist - KRose Company

What We’re Looking For:

A detail-oriented, organized, and experienced Social Media Strategist to join our Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have an agricultural background, experience in growing audiences, and a passion for creating high-quality digital content. Being tech-savvy, organized, and an initiative-taker is essential. A thorough understanding of social media platforms and proficiency in Adobe design software are necessary. Additionally, experience with photography and videography will be a significant bonus!

We’re seeking someone who is adaptable, can work both independently and as part of a team, and has a can-do, get-it-done attitude. This is a fast-paced environment, so we need someone with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. This position can either be performed remotely or with relocation to Kalispell, MT.

This can either be a full-time salaried position with benefits if there is photography and videos experience and relocation. Otherwise open to contractors, part time or freelance options.

Position Role:

This position serves on the Operations Team as the primary copywriter and social media strategist. The role also includes assisting with overflow projects for our full-time Web and Graphic Designer. Regular business hours are expected, but this position may also require extended hours around project deadlines.

Skills & Abilities:

• Agricultural experience required

• Creativity in growing social media platforms and audiences. 

• Expertise in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Linkedin and YouTube

• Knowledge of email marketing using a variety of platforms

• Proficiency in Canva/Adobe design software for resizing and editing graphics

• Strong ability to manage multiple daily responsibilities

• Self-starter with the ability to be productive from your home office

• Must have a positive attitude and focus on solving problems

• Detail-focused and able to work at a fast pace

• Tech-savvy with experience managing:

  • Google Calendar + G Suite

  • Zoom meetings

  • Online organization systems (ClickUp, Slack)

  • Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube

Bonus Skills:

• Photography and videography experience, including content creation, editing, and posting for social media (especially TikToks, Reels, and YouTube content)

• Ability to handle video editing for promotional and educational content

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Writing social media posts for customers

• Setting up and designing email marketing campaigns

• Copywriting for customer websites

• Handling design tasks when our main designer is unavailable

• Resizing graphics in InDesign

• Website editing on WordPress and Squarespace

• Keeping up-to-date with current social media trends and implementing them into strategy

• Running digital campaigns on all platforms.

• Assisting with KRose Company TikTok, Reels, Facebook, and Instagram content 

• Creating and editing photos/videos for social media platforms, including photography and videography for marketing purposes
