Inman Collective Marketing Group is seeking a Social Media Marketing Intern to support our client work across the agriculture, livestock, and rural business industries.
This is a hands-on internship designed for someone who wants real experience working inside a marketing agency environment. The intern will assist with day-to-day social media marketing activities including content planning, caption writing, scheduling posts, organizing assets, and supporting campaign execution.
While the position is remote, this is a working internship, not a passive learning opportunity. Interns will contribute directly to real client projects and should be comfortable communicating consistently in a remote environment.

Inman Collective Marketing Group helps agriculture and rural businesses grow through strategic marketing, digital media, and brand development. Our team works with organizations across the livestock, animal health, and agricultural industries to deliver high-impact marketing.
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities may include:
Drafting captions and post copy for client accounts
Supporting content calendars and campaign planning
Uploading and formatting content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Basic graphic formatting (Photoshop and/or Canva)
Assisting with short-form video editing or captioning
Community management/monitoring comments
Social media profile optimization
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and interested in building real-world marketing experience.
Preferred qualifications:
Current undergraduate or graduate student in agricultural communications, marketing, communications, or a related field
Ability to manage deadlines and communicate consistently in a remote environment
Strong writing skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with major social media platforms
Basic experience with Canva and/or Photoshop
Interest or background in agriculture, livestock, or rural industries strongly preferred
Schedule
Approximately 15 hours per week
May 1 – August 15
Flexible scheduling, but consistent weekly availability is required
Compensation
Compensation is negotiable based on experience.
