Primarily about the preclinical and agricultural markets, the initial focus of Etalon’s service is on the horse as a model species and has recently undergone expansion to include a canine focus. We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly organized Social Media/Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation of digital and print materials, including social media graphics/videos, banners, brochures, and presentations.
Strategize, post, and monitor content on the company’s social media platforms to drive engagement, build community, and enhance online presence.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align visual content with brand objectives.
Monitor comments and messages on social platforms.
Identify and research potential influencers in equine and canine markets, assessing their alignment with our brand values.
Support the project manager in marketing campaigns, including email marketing, product launches, and evergreen content initiatives.
Analyze and report on social media and campaign performance to inform future strategies and optimize engagement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media/marketing coordination, with a strong portfolio of work showcasing success across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, and social media management tools.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative team setting but can also work independently with minimal supervision.
Highly Preferred:
Familiarity in equine and/or canine markets and industries.
Basic understanding of genetic testing and its applications in animal care and breeding.
Knowledge of tools like Figma, Strapi, Shopify, and Hubspot
