About the Role

Purple Media Group is a fast-growing, full-service equine marketing agency dedicated to serving top trainers, stallions, and businesses within the Western performance horse industry. We’re looking for a highly motivated Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our team and bring fresh energy and creativity to our clients’ online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and schedule engaging content (Reels, graphics, captions, stories, etc.) across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for a client base primarily made up of reining horse trainers and stallion owners.

• Work collaboratively with the creative team to plan weekly and monthly content calendars.

• Edit photo and video content for social media, ads, and brand stories.

• Write compelling captions that align with the brand voice of each client.

• Track content performance and stay updated on current trends within the Western and equine industries.

Qualifications

• Required:

  • Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok content creation and scheduling.

  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or Lightroom), or similar tools.

  • Solid understanding of social media strategy and what drives engagement.

  • Teachable attitude and strong attention to detail.

  • Passion for storytelling and making captivating content.

  • Familiarity with the Western performance horse industry (especially Reining).

• Preferred:

  • Hands-on experience at horse shows or inside a training barn.

  • Background in branding or marketing within the equine world.
