Position Overview
National Roper’s Supply is seeking a highly motivated, creative Social Media & Event Marketing Specialist to support our growing branding and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands western lifestyle culture, and can seamlessly blend digital storytelling with in-person event coverage. The specialist will play a key role in managing organic social media strategy and execution, capturing compelling content, and representing NRS at sponsored events and trade shows. This position works directly under the Director of Branding to ensure consistent messaging, strong brand presence, and high-quality engagement across all platforms.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage and execute organic social media strategy across NRS platforms
Capture and produce photo/video content for social media, campaigns, and brand storytelling
Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing social media content
Monitor engagement, respond to community interactions, and grow audience presence
Cover sponsored events, trade shows, and brand activations from a social media perspective
Assist Director of Branding with sponsorship fulfillment and brand partnerships
Coordinate event logistics related to social media and brand presence
Support influencer and athlete partnerships through content collection and activation
Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across platforms
Track performance metrics and provide reporting insights
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives
Assist with additional branding and marketing projects as needed
Qualifications
2+ years experience in social media marketing, content creation, or event marketing
Strong photography and videography skills (mobile and camera-based)
Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
Familiarity with editing tools (Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and storytelling ability
Willingness to travel and work weekends during events and trade shows
Passion for Western industry or lifestyle branding preferred
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
