As a Content Strategist you will be held accountable to the following things:

  • Trends

  • Execution

  • Analysis & Recommendations

  • Strategy

You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:

  • Mastery and ability to train on agency content software (social publishing and monitoring, AI tools, Canva/basic graphics).

  • Implement and oversee integrated approach to content strategy – from matrix development to templates, best practices, process flow of publishing cycle.

  • Create and maintain content style guides, tone and voice.

  • Collaborate with content analysts and account management to ensure overall performance and ROI.

  • Deliver senior-level content support to clients.

  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to train clients and internal teams on content principles.

  • Strong desire for constant education on new formats and trends.

  • Work with an integrated team of marketing professionals to achieve client communication objectives.

  • Monitor key industry issues and develop, manage and measure campaigns that support the continued growth of the account.

  • Participate and provide ideas and support to other AdFarm divisions

  • Participate in industry events and cultivate relationships with the community and consumers.

  • Effectively communicate the organization’s message and products.

  • Bring energy, determination, and drive to AdFarm’s content strategy to produce strong, result-oriented initiatives.

  • Adhere to AdFarm values in all professional activities.

  • Other ad-hoc and special projects as requested.


We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll need to come to the table with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, focus in communications, marketing, journalism or similar.

  • 5+ years experience in communications, PR, journalism, or related discipline.

  • Exceptional writing ability including technical, feature, promotional and social media copy.

  • Excellent skill and instinct for content strategy, including basic SEO principles.

  • Time management and organization.

  • Agriculture knowledge a very strong asset.

  • Writing and editing in AP style.

  • Proficient across all major social media channels (organic and paid)

  • Team player and a critical thinker


The salary range for this role is $75-80k/year. We offer all employees 3% 401K contributions on an annual basis, a health spending account, health & cell phone reimbursements, and we can offer a hybrid working environment with a wonderful group of top talent individuals.
