The Role: Sales and Marketing Intern We are looking for a motivated and creative intern to join our team, contribute to various growth initiatives, and experience the inner workings of a fast-growing company. As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you’ll get the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that directly impact our business.
What You’ll Do:
Grow Sales: Assist in identifying new opportunities, nurturing relationships, and providing solutions.
Trade Show Booth: Represent EQUICOR at key industry events and trade shows, engaging with horse owners, competitors and trainers, and showcasing products.

Website Updates: Support our online presence by creating and updating content on our website, ensuring it reflects the latest offerings and brand messaging.
Content Creation and Photography: Plan and conduct product and event photography shoots, helping to create compelling visuals for marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with Pro Team Athletes: Work with our Pro Team and Futures Team athletes to support brand awareness initiatives and capture their stories for promotional content.
Various Other Duties: Be a versatile team player by taking on other responsibilities as needed to support our operations.
What We’re Looking For:
A passion for horses, sales, marketing, and creative storytelling.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Basic knowledge of website management tools (e.g., Shopify) and/or photo editing software is a plus.
A positive, can-do attitude, self-starter, and willingness to learn.
Knowledge of the western performance horse industry.
Must be able to drive a truck and trailer and lift up to 50lbs.

Details:
Start date: Immediately
Location: Weatherford/Granbury, TX
Duration: 2-3 months with opportunity to extend
Hours: Part-time, M-TH, 9 am – 3 pm
Trade show weeks Monday – Sunday (may be 60/70 hours/week with weekend work)
Compensation: TBD
