Ranch Hospitality & Social Media Manager - Chapman Springs Ranch

Clark Fork, ID • Closes Sept. 30


We’re looking for a hands-on, creative, and animal-friendly human to take charge of the hospitality and guest experience side of our working ranch.


You’ll be responsible for running our ranch Airbnb operations such as check-ins, turnovers, guest communication, etc., Managing ranch social media, Capturing beautiful content – photos, reels, and moments that showcase our ranch life, Helping with ranch events and weddings, as well as being comfortable around horses, cows, dogs and ranch animals (you don’t need to ride, but it’s great if you do).


This jobs is ideal for someone who has experience with hospitality or Airbnb hosting, knows their way around social media content creation, captions, and trends, Is familiar with ranch life or isn’t afraid to get dusty, Can problem-solve, self-manage, and wear a few hats, and wants to grow with something that’s only getting bigger.


Preference would be a single person but we may accept a couple. The housing would be too tight for a family with kids. Horses are welcome. If you have a dog this is something we can discuss during the interview!


Compensation:
