PUBLIC RELATIONS SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - AGRICULTURE EQUIPMENT

Who You Are

You’re a natural organized communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You have a passion for media relations, events, content creation and bringing campaigns to life across channels. You’re equally comfortable pitching a story, analyzing results and fine-tuning messaging so it hits the mark. Ideally, you have experience in specialty agriculture, livestock and/or equipment.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute data-driven PR plans that support your client’s business goals.

  • Lead day-to-day public relations activities, from writing media materials to managing media outreach and event support – all while being organized and looking ahead.

  • Monitor, measure and report on earned program results using insights to optimize and improve.

  • Serve as a trusted partner to clients and internal teams, delivering clear communication and proactive recommendations.

  • Contribute to strategic planning, including research, ideation and identifying new opportunities to drive engagement.

  • Maintain strong relationships with traditional and nontraditional media, industry influencers and stakeholders.


What You Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 5-7 years in PR, communications or a related field.

  • Proven experience managing media relations, content development and reporting.

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills — you can juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat. And you know what’s ahead.

  • A collaborative mindset and the confidence to guide projects forward.

  • Familiarity with specialty agriculture, livestock and ag equipment is a major plus.

  • A passion for learning, curiosity about your clients’ businesses and a drive to grow your skills.


Location: Open to candidates based anywhere in the Midwest. Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
