Multiple Internships - OSU Office of Communications and Marketing

Internships in the Office of Communications and Marketing will provide a broad range of experiences, including design, social media, writing, videography and photography. Each internship is 20 hours per week (max.) and will be paid bi-weekly. There is the potential for several of the internships to continue into the academic year.

4-H Social Media & OSU Agriculture Special Projects

This internship will provide a range of experience, including developing 4-H social media content and email communications for OSU Agriculture, as well as graphics for use on digital signage boards in agriculture buildings.

OSU Ag Research & OSU Agriculture Digital Content

This internship will provide a range of experience, including social media content and video, editorial writing and web content management for OSU Ag Research, as well as the development of social, written and web content for OSU Agriculture.

OSU Extension Communications & Marketing

This internship will provide a range of experience, including digital newsletters, social media content and videos, and event marketing and prep for OSU Extension.

OSU Agriculture Photography

This internship will assist with photography needs for OSU Agriculture, including photo sessions, individual photo assignments, cataloging photos for public use, and file and archive management.

SUNUP Video (summer only)

This internship will provide a broad range of experience, including organizing and archiving media, preparing videos and uploading them to YouTube, helping maintain social media accounts, and assisting with the production and post-production of the show.

Requirements

Internship applicants must be students at Oklahoma State University. Preference will be given to students pursuing a major or option in agricultural communications, strategic communications or a similar field.

Intern experience and knowledge requirements include:

• Adobe Creative Suite

• Photography

• Social media

• Video

• Video editing

• Web

• Word, Excel and Outlook

• Writing editorial content
