Position Responsibilities

Seeking students whose field of study is strategic communication, marketing, journalism or similar.

This position works directly with the communications coordinator to support marketing efforts for the Center and its programs.

• Design and edit digital graphics using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite

• Ensure all marketing materials align with OSU and CFW brand guidelines

• Plan, create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms

• Support social media management and contribute creative content ideas

• Capture and edit event photos using tools like Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop

• Assist with website updates and basic content management

• Create, maintain and support email marketing campaigns on CVENT and MailChimp platforms

• Collaborate with the Communications Coordinator on various marketing projects

• Contribute to writing and editing content for the website

• Attend occasional events to support social media coverage and photography

• Assist with video editing, as needed

• Provide general office support as needed
