About the role

We’re hiring a Sales + Outreach Intern to help us grow our client base this fall. You’ll be researching leads, sending cold emails and DMs, and booking discovery calls. You’ll work directly with our CEO and team to learn the ropes and build something real.


This is a high-trust role with real growth potential. If things click, it could lead to a longer-term position with more responsibility and pay.


What you’ll do

  • Research and build lead lists of aligned businesses and startups

  • Write and send cold outreach

  • Help refine pitch decks, case studies, and email templates

  • Track leads and outreach progress inside our CRM

  • Schedule discovery calls for the team

  • Learn the ins and outs of agency sales, startup marketing, and conversion strategy


What we’re looking for

  • Strong communicator who isn’t afraid to reach out first

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized

  • Curious and coachable with a self-starter mindset

  • Interested in marketing, sales, branding, or startups

  • Sales experience is a bonus but not required. We'll train the right person.

  • MUST be in person in Manhattan, KS. Remote applications will not be considered.
