We are looking for an exceptional Marketing Manager to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's global brand. Role Responsibilities:

  • To lead and execute local marketing initiatives, including campaigns, media placements, trade shows, farm visits, and industry events, while collaborating with external partners and agencies for seamless execution

  • To develop and manage a US-specific marketing strategy by organizing events, engaging with industry influencers, and amplifying brand visibility among farmers and ranchers

  • Ensure all marketing activities, materials, and organic social media campaigns align with the company's brand strategy and values; maintain consistency with global campaigns

  • To collect local insights from farmers, ranchers, and the sales team to shape global marketing strategies while proactively suggesting market-specific initiatives, campaigns, and opportunities to the international team

  • To manage the local marketing budget, track performance, and leverage insights to optimize strategies


Skills you will need:

Essential:

  • Proven 5 years of marketing experience in agriculture or livestock sectors

  • A track record of delivering expertise in brand management, campaigns, media planning and events

  • Proven project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • A strong understanding of the US agricultural market and livestock

  • Excellent communication skills, engaging effectively with a range of diverse audiences

  • Highly organized, able to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines

  • A relationship builder and networker, able to connect with farmers, industry leaders, and influencers

  • Strong attention to detail, consistently delivering high quality work

  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to take initiative to deliver positive outcomes

  • Flexible and adaptive to changing business and market needs

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking

  • Proficient in marketing analytics software and tools

  • Comfortable traveling frequently across the US
