Graphic Designer - BioZyme Inc.

Full-Time • St. Joseph, MO


Purpose: 

The Graphic Design Administrator will work closely with the Marketing Team to understand and develop the vision for each project to lead and drive the creative process for all marketing pieces. This role will be responsible for helping visually elevate all brands through digital, print and display collateral as well as ensure company brand standards are applied across all brands.


Accountabilities:

  • Conceptualize, design, and produce marketing collateral 

  • Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders to ensure materials promote the brand and meet sales objectives 

  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines 

  • Rapidly think through design solutions to generate dynamic and engaging design ideas 

  • Prepare preliminary design concepts and alternatives for review as necessary 

  • Uphold high quality standards and all individual brand standards and guidelines in all pieces created 

  • Continuously challenge new ways to be effective in visual design, while ensuring timeliness as well as ensuring work meets due dates 

  • Overall organization and storage of company assets including designs, photography, and other collateral following established storage methods 

  • Conceptualize, design, and produce packaging and product labeling material


Qualifications:

  • Required education: A bachelor's degree in marketing or related experience

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience with graphic design (agency or in house) 

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
