Overall Job Summary

Tractor Supply Co. is seeking a dynamic Marketing Summer Intern to join our marketing team for a 11-week paid internship in the Nashville/Brentwood, TN area. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on marketing experience and contribute to our marketing initiatives' success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

  • Content Creation: Assist in the creation of marketing content, including social media posts, blog articles, email campaigns, and promotional materials.

  • Social Media Management: Collaborate with the social media team to manage and maintain Tractor Supply Co.'s social media channels, engage with followers, and analyze social media performance.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.

  • Campaign Support: Support marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and tracking of results.

  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools to extract insights from marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.

  • Customer Engagement: Assist in developing and executing customer engagement strategies and initiatives.

  • Creative Collaboration: Work with graphic designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to develop marketing collateral.


What We Look For

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creativity and an eye for design and content.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing concepts.

  • Enthusiasm for marketing and rural lifestyle.
