Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)
Content Creation: Assist in the creation of marketing content, including social media posts, blog articles, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Social Media Management: Collaborate with the social media team to manage and maintain Tractor Supply Co.'s social media channels, engage with followers, and analyze social media performance.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
Campaign Support: Support marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and tracking of results.
Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools to extract insights from marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.
Customer Engagement: Assist in developing and executing customer engagement strategies and initiatives.
Creative Collaboration: Work with graphic designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to develop marketing collateral.
What We Look For
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
