Marketing Intern - Return to the Remuda Horse Sale

Location: Remote with travel to Guthrie, Texas

Position Type: Internship (Immediate start through October 3)


About the Role:

 The Return to the Remuda Horse Sale Marketing Intern will support the marketing efforts of one of the most prestigious ranch horse sales in the country. This hands-on role is ideal for a motivated and creative individual looking to gain experience in western industry marketing. You will assist in content creation, video editing, social media coordination, and event coverage, working closely with the marketing team to showcase the horses, the sale, and the legacy behind it.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture and edit short-form video content and promotional clips

  • Develop engaging photos, videos, graphics and written content for social media platforms

  • Assist with scheduling and posting content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

  • Help manage behind-the-scenes content during sale weekend

  • Maintain brand consistency and storytelling in all content

  • Support additional marketing tasks as needed


Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in social media management, content creation, and video editing (examples of past work will be requested)

  • Proficiency with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar

  • Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, Facebook, and TikTok trends

  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment

  • Passion for the Western lifestyle, horses, and ranch culture is a must
