Full-Time • Closes February 1


Schedule Management: Plan and organize your time effectively, accounting for weather conditions and setting aside “edit days.”


Client Communication: Reach out to clients one month in advance and again one week before the shoot to finalize dates that ensure ideal weather (sunny & low-wind).


On-Site Ownership: Take charge of the picture pen and adapt to the environment for the best shots.


Professionalism: Always maintain a high level of professionalism in every interaction.


Timely Deliverables: Ensure all projects are delivered on or ahead of deadlines set by the client.


Requirements:

  • Sales-Oriented

  • Strong Communication Skills

  • Highly Organized: Manage your schedule and time effectively.

  • Time Management: Be efficient and proactive with deadlines.

  • Basic Knowledge of Animal Structure

  • Livestock Experience (preferred but not required)

  • Willingness to Travel


Preferred Added Skills:

  • Proficient in Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)

  • Website Development (WordPress)

  • Social Media Management


Compensation:

  • Contract Labor – Percentage-Based Pay: 55/45 and up to a 90/10 split – Yes, you could keep 90%! (Split % is based on skill level and ability to bring in new business)

  • All Travel Expenses Paid (excluding food)

  • Profit Share in Erick, LLC

  • The more you sell, the more YOU MAKE!
