Role Overview: The Graphic Designer will work directly under the Sr. Graphic Designer to create effective and measurable campaign materials and deliverables that support both the online and print needs of the parent company and its various manufacturing divisions. The role also involves developing and maintaining efficient workflow processes and fostering communication with associates across departments. The Graphic Designer will be integral to the design and production of content, helping to elevate the company's brand while supporting diverse business units.

1. Design and Production Support: 

  • Provide design and production services for initiatives that meet the needs of six manufacturing and parts divisions within the $22B U.S. Refrigeration and Cooling industry. Projects include websites, email campaigns, social media, online and print advertisements, and corporate messaging.  

2. Cross-Department Collaboration:  

  • Listen and learn from multiple sales divisions and departments to align design output with business needs, demonstrating excellent communication and adaptability.  

3. Process Development and Implementation:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining processes that enhance productivity and efficiency in marketing production, ensuring smooth workflow across different teams.  

4. Clean and Safe Environment: 

  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment by adhering to all relevant procedures, rules, and regulations.  

5. Marketing Workflow Optimization: 

  • Work within the Marketing department to allocate time efficiently across various RAE-focused marketing initiatives for multiple business units.  

6. Production Standards:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to produce high-quality graphic assets and content that align with corporate and marketing standards across multiple media platforms.  

7. Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to all government regulations, company policies, and procedures in daily work activities.  


Desired Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.   

  • 2+ years of experience preferred, though negotiable based on portfolio, academic coursework, and candidate’s overall skills.   

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is essential.  

  • Familiarity with MS-Outlook, MS-Word, and other Microsoft Office programs is expected.  

  • Knowledge of WordPress, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and 3D modeling/motion graphics will be an advantage.  

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.  


Certificates, Licenses, or Training:  Adobe Creative Suite certification preferred.

  

Interaction with Others: The Graphic Designer will act as an ambassador for the Marketing department, supporting the development of new and existing relationships within the company. The role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail to manage the execution of multiple deliverables. Professionalism, kindness, and integrity will be at the core of all interactions with others in the organization.  


Working Environment:  This role will be on-site for the first six months, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid working model depending on the candidate’s performance and location. The Graphic Designer will contribute to a positive work environment by adhering to established workflows and corporate goals, attendance policies, and delivery schedules.
