Position Overview

Plays a vital role in supporting Animal Health global marketing strategies across various regions and key markets in our Global Marketing Ruminants Team– Beef Solutions. This full-time co-op position involves owning and supporting multiple projects including coordinating and executing marketing activities, participating in omnichannel projects, and providing logistical support for marketing initiatives. This Co-Op will be responsible for an end of assignment presentation to showcase progress made during the duration of the program.  


This position is part of the Future Talent Program (FTP) which provides valuable student opportunities including networking and mentorship as well as personal and professional development.


Responsibilities

  • Facilitate effective communication and problem identification with Global Marketing, Tech Services, and external agencies.

  • Play a key role in omnichannel / Digital projects.

  • Provide logistical support for marketing activities.

  • Coordinate and co-host Quarterly Global Webcast events for internal audiences as well as other virtual team events.

  • Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

  • Complete professional development e-learning and training modules as needed.

  • Participate in Future Talent Program (FTP) networking/professional development events with other inters/co-ops.


Requirements:

  • Current undergraduate or graduate student in Business, Marketing, Communications, Animal Science, Veterinary School, or a related field.

  • Have completed at least 2 years of college coursework by February 2025.

  • Experience working in a multinational and/or corporate business setting (summer intern or co-op).

  • Digital marketing proficiency.

  • Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to make decisions within scope of authority.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suites with an emphasis on PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to adapt to international audiences.

  • Able to demonstrate resilience, self-awareness, and a growth mindset.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • GPA of 3.0 or higher.

  • Leadership experience during college.

  • Previous experience in consumer or professional marketing, PR, or advertising.

  • Abroad school or summer work experience.

  • Multilingual.


Important Note

This is a 6-month co-op position requiring full-time availability. Travel constitutes about 5% to 10% of the job role. Please note that we do not provide a housing subsidy for this program and housing must be funded 100% by the intern.


Work Location

This is position is based in Rahway, NJ, and follows site guidelines for in office days, currently we have a hybrid model of 3 days in office, 2 days remote but could change to 4 or 5 days in office.
