We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Director, Marketing, in our Omaha Office. The Director, Marketing will be responsible for planning, leading, directing, developing, and coordinating policies, activities, and staff of the Marketing department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that support the company’s strategic objectives and revenue goals
Manage and direct the marketing team in implementing strategic campaigns across multiple channels, including digital/analog advertising, email, social media, SEO, and events
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to coordinate campaigns and ensure alignment across all teams
Lead and own end-to-end planning, execution, and analysis of product launches and promotions
Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of the company’s marketing reach through new channels or partnerships
Manage the budget and forecast ROI for all marketing campaigns and initiatives
Analyze and report on the ROI and efficacy of all marketing programs using a data-driven approach
Performs other related duties as assigned by management
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages 1-3 staff members
Interviews, and hires new marketing staff
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations
Handles discipline of employees in accordance to company policy
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Market research, or related field
Associate’s Degree and 5 years work experience in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certificate of competency and 8 years work experience in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of marketing experience
5+ years of marketing leadership experience
Advanced in Microsoft Office, Page Maker, or equivalent software
Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Previous agricultural background preferred, but not required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Continually required to sit, talk/hear and utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read a computer monitor and use a keyboard
Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items less than 25 pounds
Occasionally (5%) travel within specified region on prospective client visits and to attend company/industry functions as required
