Job Purpose and Impact
The Digital Technology Lead - Communications plays a pivotal role in steering Cargill’s Corporate Communications team towards innovative technologies. As a trusted advisor and counselor to leadership, this role demands a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to IT activities. This role will oversee a mid-sized team, managing a diverse portfolio of solutions and services tailored to enhance our corporate communications. The preferred location for this role is Atlanta, GA, also open to applicants in Wayzata, MN.
Key Accountabilities
Review and provide input to prioritize the list of information technology projects for a medium portfolio of projects.
Provide tactical leadership and input to govern and monitor integration across processes, technology and data for all solutions.
Provide tactical leadership and input to develop the global information technology strategy for a limited subset of the organization.
Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of six years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Three years of supervisory experience
2 years’ experience partnering with a corporate communications team in a technical capacity
Proven ability to influence, guide, support internal stakeholders
