As a Digital Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:

• Executing marketing communications, monitoring all digital channels, and assisting in the implementation of the credit union’s digital media strategy.

• Core responsibilities include real-time content management across digital platforms, developing messaging and visual content for the website and social media, and helping to manage and enhance the online visibility of the TFCU brand.

Salary Range:

This is an exempt position. The starting salary range is $67,469.86-$84,337.33; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.

Schedule:

Approximately 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday-Friday but may be required to work evenings, holidays, or weekends dependent on organizational need.

Education/Experience:

You must have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, mass communications, digital media, or a related field. This position also requires one year of experience related to any combination of the following:

• Developing and producing media, social media, and digital content.

• Managing social media platforms, including content scheduling and audience engagement.

• Utilizing technology to design and create original multimedia content.

Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education. Applicable additional education levels or relevant but not required certifications may be eligible to satisfy minimum experience requirements.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU's chosen authority.

• Valid driver's license, maintaining an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.

Keys to success:

In order to be successful as a Digital Media Coordinator you must possess these qualifications:

• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), WordPress, social media platforms, social media content management platforms, and other digital media platforms.

• Knowledge of marketing planning, consumer behavior and branding.

• Interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills, including ability to interact with TFCU leadership.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including writing for publication, copy-editing and proofreading (AP Style).

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, solve problems and work under tight deadlines.

• Detail oriented with strong project management skills.

• Excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritize projects and assignments.
