We are seeking an experienced and creative Digital Experience Specialist to lead our social media strategy, drive engagement across various channels and enhance our digital presence. This role is responsible for managing social media channels, creating compelling content and developing campaigns that align with our brand and business objectives. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate complex topics in an engaging and accessible way.

Content Creation and Management
Develop and execute a strategic social media and online presence plan that align with the company’s brand, marketing goals and industry trends.
Set our digital strategy by target audience and channels for all online accounts including social, website and blog.
Manage the day-to-day development and activation of social media content.
Responsible for the creation of all online visuals including but not limited to imagery, static ads, video, multimedia, written.
Day-to-day responsibility for content on the company’s website, assuring it is timely, accurate and aligned with our goals.
Support the execution of local, regional and global digital marketing campaigns – owned and paid – across various channels.
Monitor and respond to online comments, messages and inquiries in a timely and professional manner to foster community engagement and customer relationships.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and manage executive online presence to ensure messaging consistency and brand alignment.
Measurement And Reporting
Guide and support the Marketing and Communications teams by delivering timely and relevant campaign and ad-hoc data reports.
Convert data insights into actionable content strategies.
Develop and maintain marketing performance dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Stay up to date on industry trends, social media best practices and competitor activity to continuously optimize strategy.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to ensure the company remains competitive in the industry.
Analyze marketing data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Digital Experience Delivery
Support the development, implementation and optimization of personalized digital experiences.
Contribute to an experimentation-led continuous improvement of our digital experience strategy.
Support the delivery of web development and improvement projects on websites and customer portals.
Position Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a digital role, in marketing or communications, in a profit-oriented business.
Experience of managing websites and supporting marketing initiatives.
Proficient working knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) or Digital Experience
Platforms (DXP).
Experience of owning or developing a variety of social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and familiarity with their paid media capabilities.
Strong writing, copy-editing and design capabilities.
Experience working on and utilizing a digital tech stack to maximize content, campaign performance and channel effectiveness (i.e. social media management tools, measurement and reporting tools, SEO tools, email marketing, web governance and accessibility tools) .
Working knowledge of the Google Marketing Platform, especially GA4.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and priorities.
Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance considerations for digital content is a plus.
Familiarity with AP Style writing guidelines.
Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
The ability to identify, build and maintain relationships with all levels of the company.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-performance environment, without sacrificing attention to detail.
