Creative Producer - Ten Acre Marketing

Job Objective:

The Creative Producer ensures the integrity and accuracy of all creative deliverables, managing each project’s execution from concept handoff to final output with precision and care. Working closely with the Creative Team, Project Manager, and Account Team, the Creative Producer is the operational engine behind creative delivery—checking for accuracy, removing bottlenecks, coordinating with vendors, organizing final files for handoff, and ensuring all deliverables meet spec, agency standards, and client expectations.

This role requires strong production knowledge across print, digital, social, and video/photo; excellent organizational skills; and a calm, collaborative approach. The Creative Producer is a creative-minded problem solver who thrives on making things run smoothly—especially in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment where priorities shift and clarity is critical.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Translates creative briefs into clear tangible deliverables, collaborating with the Creative Team to clarify outcomes, specs, and timelines.

  • Ensures quality control by proactively reviewing files for brand alignment, formatting accuracy, and readiness for final delivery.

  • Surfaces potential risks, missing details, or delays early—keeping projects on track and up to standard.

  • Partners with the Project Manager and Account Team to maintain alignment between creative output, client expectations, and delivery specs.

  • Manages relationships with outside vendors, publications and freelancers across all mediums, overseeing timelines, deliverables, file needs, and feedback cycles to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

  • Gathers and organizes file specs, platform requirements, and vendor needs at project start; manages final file delivery to ensure smooth and accurate handoff.

  • Organizes and archives final files post-delivery, ensuring creative assets are properly stored for future access.

  • Stays flexible and solutions-focused when priorities shift, helping the team navigate real-time changes with clarity and calm.

  • Communicates key project updates, risks, and delivery milestones to the SVP of Ops & Dev to ensure alignment and visibility across the Creative Team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in creative production or coordination in an agency setting.

  • Strong knowledge of production best practices across print, photo, digital, and video.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; skilled at reviewing and prepping final files.

  • Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for brand consistency and spec accuracy.

  • Confident working with vendors, freelancers, and media partners for final delivery.

  • Clear communicator who surfaces risks, clarifies deliverables, and keeps teams aligned.

  • Calm under pressure; thrives in fast-paced, problem-solving environments.

  • A passion for positioning brands to advance agriculture.
