We’re looking for a Content Producer and Marketing Manager who’s excited to help us tell that story. You’ll support our small, passionate team in growing our reach and delivering high-quality content and communications to cattle producers and partners across the U.S.


Job Summary

As our Content Producer and Marketing Manager, you’ll play a vital role in content creation, social media, and our podcast production. You should be a proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude and a knack for tech and agriculture.


What you’ll do:

  • Create and edit engaging and relevant social media content for our software and podcast on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram

  • Organize and execute batched content ranch trips, coordinate with relevant account managers and marketing executive (4x/year)

  • Manage socials for podcast, The Future of Beef Show, and provide assets to necessary guests and co-hosts for promotion

  • Website content management

  • Podcast show overviews and scripts

  • Produce and proof written, photo, video, and digitally-designed content for social media, blogs, website copy and assist Customer Success team with newsletter

  • Serve as the point person in organizing and spearheading content deliverables within Marketing as well as cross-functionally, aligning all assets within brand standards to support Marketing and business goals.

  • Guide content marketing, social media, and digital communications scheduling to optimize timing, audience, cadence, flow, and user experience

  • Optimize for SEO across all channels to increase content reach & brand awareness

  • Travel up to 20% of the time for content batching and conferences as needed.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns (e.g. velocities, audience engagement, brand resonance), developing methods to maximize value of content, and strategizing how to replicate effective efforts.


Who you are:

  • Based in or around Austin, TX with ability to be in office most of the week

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, content, or brand management

  • Experience reporting on and creating content for brands across Linkedin, Youtube,

  • Instagram, Facebook, and Instagram

  • Experience writing short and long-form visual/video content for brands is preferred

  • Experience in podcast production and promotion

  • Strong work ethic with high level of positivity and energy

  • Experience in the cattle industry or agtech strongly preferred, but not required

  • Able to work independently and take initiative

  • Comfortable with digital tools (social platforms, video editing tools, Hubspot, Canva, Asana, etc.)

  • Works well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and adaptable to change

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, comms, or agriculture preferred but not required

  • Ability to do some travel - up to 20% of the year
